@eliasdaldi this is up to the airline I believe. I know I have done this years ago. I recommend first calling your company's travel agency to see what options there are. I know some companies have a shared pool of credits, so if someone cancels a flight, the credit goes back to the company as a whole, not to the individual traveler, However, I think this is seldom used. Your travel agency should be able to provide some guidance.
