Tax receipt from Concur Travel partners

Both Agoda.com and Booking.com cannot generate invoices that comply with local government  law, which means the customer cannot use these invoices to reduce their company expenses for tax purposes or claim an 8% VAT refund. What is the alternative?

@vignes2538 I don't book business travel with either of those options, so I'm not familiar with their receipts. I take it neither shows any VAT or other local taxes, is that correct?
