Sponsor Guest Manager listed as Sponsor

Is there a way to default the sponsor's name as the manager when a sponsored guest profile is being created? We have a few scenarios where the sponsor is creating the profile but forgetting to add their name as the manager within the profile so when they contact our BCD agent, they are being told there is no manager listed when in reality the sponsor is the manager which is used for online bookings.

@tstagliano my guess is the is not possible. I haven't looked to see if what I'm about to say can be done, but maybe make the manager field required so that will pop up a message letting them know there is a missing required field.
