Sorry, we are unable to complete your booking

Hello,

 

I'm trying to book flights. I'm able to select seats for forward flight, but not for returning one.

My retuning flight don't show seat selection:

Sorry, we are unable to display a seatmap for this flight.

After I complete Travelfusion Traveler Information and press "Next" it gives me error:

Sorry, we are unable to complete your booking

Routing Error - Invalid seat options: Choose a valid seat option. Each passenger must select a seat for all segments in this booking.

Did someone had this issue and was able to resolve?

@atv I recommend calling your travel agency to get this booked. 

 

Seems odd that it would not bring up a seat map, but then error out because you didn't choose a seat. 🙂

In my case I select seats on the seat map they are noted in my booking summary
Who to raise the issue with for support or resolution is not clear
Will go direct to travel agent
