Hello,

If your company has Concur Travel, they would have a TMC (travel management company). It is similar to a travel agency, and they usually list their contact information on the Concur home page. If not, you will need to contact someone at your company that runs Concur, the Concur administrator. If you do not know who that is, I would suggest starting with your company's IT department. Usually, they can direct you to the correct person.

@RHancock were you able to get this resolved? @JessicaL is correct about contact information. I went into your Company's site and on the Concur homepage, you'll see a section called Company Notes. Right in there you will see a phone number and an email address to contact AMEX Business Travel.
