The travel company is telling me the profiles with special characters are failing to be created in Sabre. Why? These are names with an apostrophe or other Latin characters.
Would this affect the traveler's name on the ticket? Or is this just internal process in Sabre?
I don't want the traveler to encounter any issues regarding the name in the government issue ID and the airline ticket.
Any explanation? Let me know.
