SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE

Hi, this issue is making me mad. I don't know what happened to my account but i am not allowed to reserve anything for my travel during the weekend. I have been told by my travel agency that they couldn't find my profile in the concur.

 

I searched the community and it seems there are issues with others before. Please help asap.

@jerryling the others here on the community who had this issue got it resolved by submitting a help ticket to SAP Concur Support. They need to do some sore of profile synch to get this resolved. I'm sending you a private message with a name of someone who should be able to submit the help ticket for you.
