Ryanair refund flight

Could you please let me know how I can solve this issue?

When we try to book Ryanair flights Concur displayed that the prixe is refundable.

There is no refund in policy of Ryanair.

I have this for all destinations of Ryanair.

@HBOUDRA could you click the Rules link found under the Value (Y) please and show that screenshot? I'd like to see if there is anything there that mentions refundable or not.
