Something strange in happening in certain profiles and wondering if anyone else has experienced. As you know, there are certain fields that are required in your profile. I have travelers that have entered this information and saved, and then completed their travel booking.
As an admin, I have the ability to book on behalf of travelers. I was assisting someone yesterday with adding a hotel booking and their telephone contact information was missing. I inquired with the traveler who advised this information had already been entered. I had to re-enter the information. This also happened with another traveler a week or so ago.
Curious if anyone else has experienced this.
