@melaniehobson you can do this in Cognos by building out the report. Do you have access to Cognos? From the SAP Concur home screen, do you see an option that says "Reporting". If so, please tell me what you see when you mouse over Reporting. If you do not see Reporting, then you don't have access and would need to request it. The roles for Cognos access are limited and in such a large organization, they may already be used up. I'll await your reply and then advise you from there.
