On the website, Agency A is designated as our Most Preferred vendor. Agency B and Agency C are designated as Preferred. When searching for a car on the website, Agency A comes up first, which is what we want, then B and C.
On the app, which I have sorted by Preferred Vendors, it's coming up: Agency B, Agency A, nonpreferred, Agency C, nonpreferred, etc.
I'll open a case, but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this and knows the fix.
