Regional Hotel Rates Recommendations

Greetings,

There is a sheet out there that shows how to view recommended hotel rates for a specific location and for a specific period of time.  Almost like the "Regional Hotel Rates," but it gives the recommended rates.

Seeing if anyone can assist.

Thanks!

@robertivory Hello.  Thank you for posting in the SAP Concur Community.  There is no documentation where Concur would give hotel rate recommendations for specific locations or date range.  All rates, even Regional Hotel rates are determined by the customer policy.  Possibly other Community members will respond to your post about how they determine those rates.

Good morning @TriciaW

Can you please help us translate the following passage below from the Regional Hotel Rates TSG.

What rate will be calculated when the address (location) is added? Thanks

@robertivory  Hi.  It is referring to the calculation of the Regions' Radius based on how it is set up ie. specific address or city, state and country.  Please refer to page 1 of the Service Guide.
