When I tried to check into my flight that leaves tomorrow, my itinerary showed two different flights booked for the same dates at different times. I don't know where the second booking came from as it isn't one I had even considered.
I called the airlines to get this resolved. The rep spent over an hour trying to unravel the issue only to tell me that the problem originated on the AmEx GBT side and had to be resolved through them. I filed a support ticket in the app, but I'm worried it won't reach a person in time so I'm looking to Concur, where I booked the flight. This is the booking ID: HZS395
