Profile keeps asking for gender and date of birth

where do I enter this information? the only place I see is on the TSA secure flight tab, but it dose not save

Also dose not save my phone number, and I cannot book flights.

Is there a solution to this?  I cannot save my date of birth and therefore cannot book a flight.  As noted above there's no save button for the TSA box the date of birth is in.
