Processing Churn and Duplicate Detection - Jetblue 2432 and Jetblue 1231

hi there - getting the following error message that is preventing me from booking travel - how to resolve the issue?

@Scott2 Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. You will need to reach out to your Travel Agency or Concur Administrator for assistance. Can you retry and see if you get the error today. If a traveler cancels a trip before finishing, or receives an error after trying to reserve, they can retry to book the same/similar trip, but should allow a minimum of 5 minutes from the last attempt to book.
