Price matching policy

Good day!

Can we confirm your price matching policy?

I understand that you don't need to match with other travel websites such as Expedia. However, we found a case today wherein your rates are much higher than American Airlines on their website.

Please see the attached screenshots of RT flights CLE-PHL on 8/24/2023. They are both from searches today.

In such cases, can we continue booking in your portal and possibly get a refund of the difference?

@jcarmona your first screenshot doesn't show the fare class like the second screenshot. Main Cabin (G). So, it is hard to say if you are comparing the exact same two fare classes.

Thank you for your response.

You'll notice at the top right of the screenshot that it says Basic Economy. On AA's website, we can add $60 to upgrade to Main Cabin. See below.

Based on this, Main Cabin on AA's website is $327.79. I checked now and the flight at this cost is still available.
