Our company policies have not been consistent over the years and right now we are reviewing options. For one group we have passive approval and for the rest, nothing. the question being asked is how many other companies out there use the Passive Approval process (email to manager, if not explicitly approved or rejected in 24 hours, it will be auto approved). Our rep suggested posting here to get your input. Can you comment with what you do for approvals (or nothing). Thanks!
