Hello - I recently downloaded app after recieving a new iOS device. Previously an android user. Upon downloading I forgot PIN. After following instructions to reset PIN, I clicked link within email and it directs me to a concur webpage (briefly) then to the app store. App store of couse has the "open" button and after depressing and launching SAP concur app there is not an option to establish a new PIN. Seems to be stuck in some sort of syntax error. I would think the forgot PIN link would directly open app but it does not.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
