Solved: Over Write PAR/Level 2 STAR

Dear Community

I would like to ask for help on overwriting existing Profile ,

I have Crearted Company level profile in GDS at the Time of Initial Implementation, but now I need to change because we have changed Org. Unit/Division and it is not matching in GDS .

Please advice how do we Sync OR Overwrite
