Non-Refundable Hotels

We are constantly having non-refundable hotel rates booked. I've maxed out on the characters to try and block these rates for a rule, but it's not solving the problem.  Is there any other solution?

I don't have a solution to suggest, but we have the same problem.  Following for any solutions other may be able to suggest.

@jennyb0414 Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. What do you have in your rule? It should be something in line with Rate description contains any of text '''Non-Ref, Non-Refundable, NonRef, NonRefundable, Not Ref, Not Refundable, Non Refundable.

@jennyb0414 In addition - I would recommend to check with TMC or content provider of your hotel content to block non-refundable. The travel rule may not get all of the creative solutions that hotels are coming up with in the rate description.

Best of luck!
