No electronic tickets

When I have booked airline tickets through Concur, recently with Delta and United, I have not been able to check in electronically. I have had to check in at the airport. Is there a specific setting that needs to be adjusted to correct this issue? Thanks!

@nivrtx it wouldn't be a Concur Travel issue as it is only a booking tool. I would contact the Airlines directly to see what they say.
