Next Button Missing on Travel Details Page

On the Travel Details page, I see a message telling me to click "Next" to complete my reservation:

However, at the bottom of the page I see only a disabled "Previous" and a "Return to Travel Center" button: no "Next" button

@mackelam maybe try signing in with a different browser and see if the issue still persists. If so, come back here and let me know.
