@RS196 sorry for the late reply. Your company would need to have the Guest booking option turned on for someone to do that. However, that feature was created to do bookings for people that do not belong to your organization, like someone coming in for a job interview. Also, you should check with your manager and site admins to see if they would allow someone else to book your trip on their card. Your company might have rules against it.
