NAME OR /FG NUMBER REQUIRED * ...member number is correct!

Hi all, 

I'm trying to book at the Hyatt House in Charleston, SC for an important conference.  I've synched my Hyatt member number to my Concur account, triple checked that the number is accurate, selected the Hyatt membership from the drop-down menu during the reservation, and I still receive this error message.  What's further complicating matters is that there are no other rates available, only this member rate.

@blainemccaleb4 in the mean time, I would suggest you call your travel agency to get this booked.

 

I have come across users that had a similar issue. On occasion, the vendor, for some reason adds a number to their membership number. For example, a zero. Maybe something to consider. You could also try contacting Hyatt to see if they can provide some insight.
