@lauri_oberhoff most likely this option has been turned off by your company. Changes to flights either need to be done directly with the airline or your company's travel management company.
FYI...most of our customers do not allow the post-ticketing change option for their employees. Meaning, changes to flights that have been ticketed cannot be done in the SAP Concur travel tool.
