If you try to create travel allowance itinerary in expense report and try to select these 2 meal types then you will get different allowance rate if it is configured in that way.
To check the same, you can go to Travel Allowance Configuration >> Rate Bundles >> Open specific Configuration Set >> Click on Edit as shown below
Whatever meal types are created here, those will appear in TA wizard and if template have been downloaded then it will appear in downloaded template as well.
