Language of city names

Hi!

 I'm try to put a flight expense into my request, but I have a problem with the departure city.

 I'll take a flight from Lincoln NE to Houston TX.

 When I search Lincoln NE, the system gave me in Japanese as following : 

リンカーン (Airport - LNK), Lincoln, Nebraska

 Houston is in English, so I have no idea why.

 Would you give me a comment?

 I checked the system configuration and it is English.

The English name was also on the list.

Japanese doesn't matter now.
