Keep getting error: We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request.

I am trying to book a trip, and am able to proceed till the Review and Reserve Flight page, but after clicking on the Reserve Flight and Continue button, it shows this error after the processing spinner. 
Tried different browser, tried with and without frequent travel program, tried adding a new card, tried with and without seat selected, all keep leading to the same error. Can someone help me out here? Thank you!

@apriltseng unfortunately our travel error messages aren't very helpful. I know, you are probably saying, "thanks a lot captain obvious". LOL. 


To get the booking done, you should call your travel agency. They also might be able to tell you if something is incorrect with your profile.
