Japan Market - Travel a viable tool?

Hello,

My company currently utilize Concur expense in our Japan market but not travel.  We utilize a TMC OBT for domestic bookings and offline model for international bookings.

We are entertaining a transition to Concur OBT, I have been receiving conflicting information IMO thus far from our TMC.  Is it true only Concur OBT can be implemented for international travel?

This whol conversation is a result of travelers in our Japan market not being pleased with content available on the TMC domestic OBT.

Any feedback would be great!
