I book travel on behalf of our executive team. Each of their profiles is complete with frequent traveler/member numbers, however, one individual is not receiving points on his Marriott Bonvoy account following his stays. Anybody know what could be going on there?
@eydlehoms49 that issue is one you would have to take up directly with Marriott, unless this person's Marriott number is not being added to the hotel booking when booking in Concur. In that case, you would have to contact Concur Support.
I would start with Marriott though.
