Issues with Marriott Bonvoy Points

I book travel on behalf of our executive team. Each of their profiles is complete with frequent traveler/member numbers, however, one individual is not receiving points on his Marriott Bonvoy account following his stays. Anybody know what could be going on there?

@maddiegosser I believe you will have to reach out to Marriott directly concerning this issue. SAP Concur only applies the number to the booking to help ensure travelers get their credited points, but Marriott Bonvoy Activity comes from Marriott, not SAP Concur.

Anyway, this Community is about asking questions and sharing information related to SAP Concur and its products and features. So, helping you find an affordable hotel or Air BnB isn't something the members here can help with. 

 

However, you said you are traveling to Ayer, MA. Is this work related? If so, you will need to book your business trip using the Concur Travel booking tool. I tried looking up your name but did not find a Concur profile for you. You will need to request that you get a profile setup in Concur so you can book your business trips. 

 

I'm going to email you directly a name of someone you could try and reach out to for help.

Hello,

 

I am interested in knowing if there has been a recent change with Concur for booking with Marriott.  I have never had an issue until my last reservation where when booking  through concur my Marriott Rewards didn't transfer over so when trying to check in via the Marriott app it had no knowledge of my reservation.  My last reservation through Concur was about a month ago and had no issue attaching my rewards number.  This created a lot of hassle just with the basics.  Then I couldn't see the Marriott confirmation number in my record on Concur so that made it even more frustrating so I had to check in and the person didn't know me from Adam even though I am a LIfetime Platfimum soon to be LIfetime Titanium member and had to answer a bunch of questions to verify who I was and had to look me up by name to find the reservation     Is this a recent shift in the applicationon exchange between Concur and Marriott, or something else at work with Marriott's policy change?

@raddodson hello. I checked with my Travel experts and they said that the best way to see what is happening is for your site admin to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support. That way they can track the issue and they need to know your username within SAP Concur to check your profile and the booking record to see what might be happening.
