If a previous approver hasn't been assigned by somone that is out-of-office, is there a way to bypass that approver? For example, I have a travel request that needs to be approved, but the immediate supervisor is OOO. It needs to be approved in order to move up the ladder of approvals - is there a way to bypass the first approver?
