Is anyone else' reservation (not confirmed) disapp...

I booked a flight with hotel /car & while i did not confirm i got the banner indicating the reservation had to be completed by this evening at 10:35pm . Unfortunately when i returned to Concur Solutions this afternoon no record of my reservation remained. Concur Support indicates a high call volume & long wait time . Is this related & will i have an extension on booking my flights/reservation as a result?

@ZNobel what ended up happening with this? Did you ever get through to Concur Support? Were you able to get this booked?
