Invoice or receipt after the book

After the trip is confirmed, the status only shows "confirmed" instead of "ticketed", and I only receive an email of "travel confirmation (not a receipt)" but no invoice or receipt ever received, I have already enabled e-receipt activation in the profile setting, what else setting I need to change?

@tonychan did the status of this trip ever change? Did this travel itinerary include Airfare?
