Information in the trips/expense system not shown

Since the new CTREX System came online none of my Trips are showing in the trip library. No old expenses are showing.

Has anyone had this issue and found a way to resolve. I've reached out to CWT on several occasions, but they have not been able to help.

@Jay3 I'm not familiar with CTREX. Could you explain a bit please?
