Inactive account

Hello, I'm trying to log into my account and I keep getting an error message to contact my company admin  with the error number:  dc4a3b532a739aa06ea0f0994b09c300.  I can't find my company admin for some help.  Also, when I just try to recuperate my password, I receive an email with the following message: 

Hello Neency Corriveau,

You cannot request a reset password email because your account is inactive.

Please contact your program administrator at your company if you have any questions.

Can someone be able to provide me with some support/help.

 

I'm getting desperate.

@neency I was able to find your account, but it didn't show Inactive to me.

I did see that your company uses something called Travel Element. I suggest going there to see if there are help options or contact names.
