Our team is getting this email from Concur  - what action do we need to take?

I have no clue what any of this means:

IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED: To avoid any interruptions to your file transfers, we encourage you to proactively and promptly replace the expiring PGP key (Key ID: 9AFF10B5) with the new PGP key (Key ID: 8C51C89E) as soon as possible. If you do not switch to the new key before the deadline, you will need to manually upload files using the Import / Extract Monitor feature in your SAP Concur solution. For more details on using the Import / Extract Monitor feature, please refer to the user guide.

Hello @almaes 

You have to update the  SAP Concur PGP public key in your system that encrypts the employee file in PGP.

You have to download the file concursolutions.asc from SAP Concur, and upload in your system.

Hello @cjmarimo, could you please explain how I can download the file concursolutions.asc from SAP Concur? Where can I find the root folder? Could you kindly provide me with a detailed walkthrough of the steps involved in locating and downloading this specific file and how to subsequently upload it into our system. Thank you in advance! I connected to mft-eu2.concursolutions.com via SFTP from our server where we have loaded the trust certificate that we have with Concur, and that we use daily to send employee files to Concur.
