I can't finalise trip

I started a trip in Concur, the hotel booking went well, but for the plane ticket I just made the reservation and I can't finalise it. The system asked for it but unfortunately the button to the next step, to the Booking Info and then Finish. Can you please help as it seems it's more a technical matter no process related. Thanks and look forward your quick reply.

PS: might be easier if we can have a call to solve the issue.
