I already made a travel booking today through american air. but I wanted to rebook through concur

Hello,

I made reservations through American airlines today. but for Stryker travels, I am supposed to go through Concur travel. How do I re-book and cancel my current reservations. I have all three reservation confirmation number.

@Beena I would start by calling American to cancel. I think usually within 24 hours, there is no penalty for canceling. Once canceled, you can then log into SAP Concur to rebook the flight.

Have you used SAP Concur Travel before?

Thank you Kevin. I am on hold with AA to cancel all reservations and will re-book all three through concur.
