How to view the Queue a PNR was placed in

How does everyone check that an offline PNR was placed in the correct offline approval queue when the agent books a trip for an employee?  We recently had a few cases where offline bookings did not trigger the approval so i want to review the PNR to see if the agent incorrectly placed the PNR into the wrong queue or missed the queue altogether.

@tstagliano Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. You can open a case in the SAP Concur Support Portal and provide the Record Locator for the affected PNRs or work directly with your TMC.

I hope that this is helpful.
