How to use a cancelled ticket

I had to cancel a airline ticket earlier this year due to COVID uprising. I have a credit for the trip and would like to use for the upcoming trip later this month. I cannot find where to insert the ticket number to receive the credit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@jdonay3 if this is still something you need, I would suggest calling your company's travel agency and have them do the booking to ensure the credit is applied.
