@Esraa_saber date of birth is found in the TSA Secure Flight section of your travel profile. Sign in to SAP Concur then click Profile near the upper right. On the Profile Setting screen, select Travel Preferences. This will take you to that section of your profile. Scroll down to see the TSA Secure Flight section. As for Citizenship, I've not ever seen a field on the profile asking for citizenship.
