How to set up hotel in concur as ABB preferred hotel?

Hello,

I am working for ABB and we are planning workshops in Munich. The hotel we chose (Hilton Munich Park) is marked in concur as "less preferred ABB hotel" but we need to make sure its "ABB preferred hotel" in the future. How can we do that? Can you please advise who to contact etc?

@kaspaju Thank you for posting in the SAP Concur Community. You will need to work with the Concur Admin at your company to get a hotel vendor listed as preferred. I can send you a Private Message of someone to reach out to.
