How to manage unused tickets for terminated employees

Hello - how do you manage unused tickets for employees who left the company?

Hello @jvelazquez1 

 

I become their delegate and create a report. If the tickets are not available, I assign them a Missing receipt declaration.

@jvelazquez1 I would recommend calling your travel agency and see what they say. You might be able to transfer the credit and use it for another employee.
