How to edit dates for a hotel when the hotel is linked to a flight?

I selected a flight and a hotel for a date window, however for the last couple of days of the trip I will not be needing the hotel.  How do I edit the checkout date of the hotel?

@Cmalson did you try going to Travel at the top of the SAP Concur home screen and then select the Upcoming Trips tab. There you should see the trip name. Click the trip to open the itinerary. You should see the outbound flight first, then the hotel below that. See if there is any link to Change the hotel. Give that a try.
