How to booking a local tax excempt air fare?

I'm trying to book an excempt of local taxes fare.

Local Tax: SV

This is the cryptic commnad in Amadeus: Fxr/r,et-sv

Does anybody know how to setting?

I´ll appreciate your help.

To book a local tax-exempt airfare using Amadeus, you can use the command Fxr/r,et-sv to indicate that you want to apply the local tax exemption (SV) during the fare search. Ensure that the airline and fare rules support this exemption, as not all carriers may allow it.

Thank you for your comments, i really appreciate it.

Airline fare support it, i can do it directly in Amadeus screen.
Our Concur support told us that Concur is not able to do it during the fare search.
As i understanding you, this is possible, can you bring me more information about how to setting in Concur?
