@khaledwalid did you get this figured out yet? If not, from the screenshot you provided, if you have been set up to use Concur Travel, you should see some other option above Request Settings. Do you not have any other options? If not, you probably haven't been set up as a Concur Travel user. If that is the case, I suggest signing in to your SAP Concur profile and looking in the Company Notes section of the home page to see if there is any sort of help link or contact information. If there is not, then I would recommend speaking with your direct manager.
