How do you add a travel assistant or arranger?

The instructions found on the site indicate going to Travel Settings on the left-hand side under your profile settings. This does not exist. I see several posts in the forum with this question, but none provide the answer.

@hpierre I'm providing screenshots. I did look up your profile and you are set up to use Concur Travel, so the Travel Settings should be available to you. Could you take a screenshot of your Profile Setting screen so I can see what you see, please?
