How do I find air line credits for cancelled flights in the CWT on-line system?

Hello everyone

I need to find airline credits I have on CWT /Concur to use them first without booking new flights.

@Glenn2211 if you have a credit with an airline from a trip you booked using Concur Travel, you should be able to book again on the same airline and have the credit automatically applied to the new booking. If you want to ensure the credit is used, call CWT and have them do the booking as they should have access to the credit.
