@Daniel5 from what I see, this hotel chain ins't supported. I didn't see it as an option in the frequent travel program section and I did a search for hotels in Berlin and none of the hotels from this brand appeared.
Have you tried doing a hotel search in Concur Travel to see if any of the hotels from this brand show up for you?
